Would Messi join Man-city or Man-united as he is to leave Barcelona

Both Manchester united and Manchester city are waiting for Messi to finally leave Barcelona as the club can no longer afford Messi.

  The player who is still angry after he was sentenced to jail in place of his father for doing drugs, may see this as an opportunity to leave Spain. As a world class player he has a lot of clubs to choose from but some clubs are ready to empty their account just to get him to consider them.
Manchester city has been on his neck for quite a while and see this as an opportunity to finally get him on their team. Guardiola said he thinks Messi will consider making a transfer to Man-city as he is familiar with some of its players from Argentina. He also said Messi has a lot of friends in england and would also like his children to speak english.
Barcelona is now looking for other alternatives to keep Messi. So far the best alternative will still lead to the loss of one of their star players Neymar jr.  Manchester united  had earlier place a bid on Neymar jr for є175m. Barcelona may sell Neymar to Manchester united in order to keep Messi.

Barcelona says this transfer is likely to be the case as they need the money to keep Messi in their home.
